Google goofs up actress Saritha with Solar accused Saritha Nair

Making a mistake is certainly not a crime but when it’s committed by one the biggest search engines it raises quite a few eyebrows. Popular search engine Google identifies popular South Indian actress Saritha as Solar scam accused Saritha Nair.

Search for an old Malayalam classic movie 'Kathodu Kathoram' in Google and the movie details appear along with the star cast but in the place of  heroine Saritha, appears the picture of Saritha Nair, the main accused in the Solar scam.  Once again, when we click on the picture Google gives us the biography of the actress with the photo of Saritha Nair whose allegations against ministers of the previous government had created furore in Kerala politics. 

To err is not new to the tech giant. Last year the Google search for India’s first prime minister showed Narendra Modi as the country's first Prime Minister instead of Jawaharlal Nehru and an image search for Top 10 Criminals showed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a criminal.
