In fact, state BJP chief BS Yeddyurappa has trodden an extra mile to woo people of both the constituencies in this bypolls. Take a look at his campaign track. So far, he has conducted whopping 250 road shows and 78 rallies in both the constituencies.

From March 12, Yeddyurappa has visited 28 gram panchayats at least twice. This is perhaps an unprecedented by a president of a national party campaign so extensively in panchayat levels, reports Kannada Prabha.

Yeddyurappa has even campaigned on Ugadi festival without taking a break.

But Siddaramaiah spent just a week on campaigning in these two constituencies.

While it’s yet to be seen whether voters will appreciate Yeddyurappa’s effort or support Siddaramaiah’s government.
