If there was ever a time to be reminded that age is merely just a number, then meet this 90-year-old great grandmother. Millie Sullens has been making waves in Oklahoma by water skiing in the summers.

Her rad water skiing skills have certainly impressed people at Lake Tenkiller. Not only does she use a more difficult set of skis, she can also ski without using her hands on water.

According to Daily Mail report, she started skiing in her mid 30s after her husband bought a cabin cruiser boat in 1960. Even though her husband is no more, she still continues to ski behind the same boat, after having it sold to a family member who takes her out.

“Go for it. If you fall, get up and go again. It’s no fun sitting on a rocking chair,” she says.

Wise words, indeed.
