FollowResearchers at the University of Texas say the perfect female body measures 1.68 metres in height. The bust/weight/hip measurements are 99-63-91. They find that model and TV presenter Kelly Brook is the right fit with the most perfect body in the world.
Now most clouded by the numerous advertisements and Kim Kardashian clones one sees on television will choose to disagree with these scientists and outright call her ‘plump’ or at best a plus-size model.
Well, looks like scientists at the Texas University have found Ms Brook to possess the figures that make a perfect body and health. She is the symbol of health and hence seems more attractive to men than size zero models.
So, what is the lesson we learn? There is no use in sweating it out for that size zero waist or that bee-like figure, no botox, can get you there. Live a healthy lifestyle, forget crash diets and include a balance of exercise and good living and you too can have your perfect figure.
