This good Samaritan, presumably a tourist, in Guatemala, according to a report was seen giving his shoes to a homeless man.

As seen in the video, this kind man removes his shoes, and gently taps the homeless man's back, and walks away.
Unbeknownst to this Samaritan, he was being filmed by a local.
As they say, what goes around, comes around. This video has gone viral with over 116,000 views after it was posted on social media.
