Who: Sinna Doria’s Bunglow
Why: Located in the midst of the Annnamalai range, Sinna Dorai’s bunglow is over a century old. It is a six-roomed bunglow and overlooks the gorgeous carpet of tea, and the town’s first bakery. Activities include: picnics, wildlife drive, bird watching, tea tasting and other local sites grass hills and monkey falls among others.
Why: Home to the highest tea plantation, the drive up here is scenic as its often enveloped in mist amidst the lush green gardens. Keeping its old world charm in place, it offers the traditional method of tea processing, and one can even check out the way tea is processed. Other things that one can do here is, buy some unusually flavoured tea, check out the tea musem, and nearby dams.
