Whenever you can afford to spend time for yourself do it. Make sure you form a routine of kinds so that you end up exercising at the same time and it will make you feel better for having stuck to schedule.
So those of you who are early risers here’s good news for you. Research and studies have proved that doing some exercise in the morning before breakfast tend to lose the pounds faster, than those who prefer to exercise after breakfast. Findings add to the evidence that exercising when your stomach is empty or fasting, causes your body to burn more fat both when you exercise and throughout the rest of the day.
Fun fact: Hugh Jackman used to fast for 16 hours and only eat during an 8-hour window each day while he transformed his body for Wolverine.
While a report on Livestrong.com says that exercising after work or school also has its advantages. It helps de-stress and it is like spending some me time. You can de-stress from your day. Again consistency is the key here, however, most of us tend to feel lazy after work and no exercising takes place.
So now you know that consistency is the key and you will find time for it automatically.
