Over 75 years ago, Tao Porchon-Lynch was introduced to the world of yoga when she saw a group of boys doing yoga, and she wanted in as well, despite being told that yoga wasn’t considered “yoga-like”, says the Daily Mail.

Despite having three hip surgeries, and a fractured wrist, Porchon-Lynch has never given up, and continues to teach yoga and conducts workshops.


She’s also been an actress and a model previously.  That’s not all, she’s also loves ballroom dancing.


Her secrets to long life:   a vegetarian diet and an occasional wine or a piece of chocolate.
