This recipe for making the Maggi masala is a bit unconventional but it’s very healthy. Use whole spices instead of powdered versions of it. In the culinary world, the tastemaker is called bullion. Simply put, it’s a hardened cube that has all the flavours of a tastemaker. To make this, you should add coconut fat or oil to a pot, add chopped onions or mushrooms, then fill it potatoes and pour in some water and let it boil with salt, pepper and some herbs. If you want non-vegetarian bullion, then add chicken fat. After the mixture is boiled, freeze it and use it when its hardened.
