JD(S) and Congress have joined hands and are forming the government, said Congress leader HK Patil. We will do as decided by our leaders. Speaking about inviting Yeddyurappa to form the government, he said that there is no such provision under the law and Constitutional practice BJP does not have the majority. Even according to the recent Supreme Court judgment it is stated that the party or coalition which has majority should be invited to form the government and doing so is the Governor's duty. If despite this BJP is invited, there will be a political and legal fight, he said.
