It can be remembered that Sudeep had recently visited former CM and JD(S) State President HD Kumaraswamy's house recently. But a clarification was given by Kumaraswamy that the actor had come to discuss the movie with his son Nikhil.
But with a little over a month for Karnataka elections, Sudeep's visit to Siddaramaiah's house has made people question if the actor is gearing up to support Congress. There are reports of Congress leaders seeking Sudeep's support to be their star campaigner.
It is said that this strategy is being used to woo the people from Valmiki community and to woo Sudeep's large fan base too.
But the actor has not given any statement in this regard nor has there been any official announcement of Sudeep's involvement with any party.
In earlier situations too, after HD Kumaraswamy visited Sudeep's house for lunch, last year Congress social media chief and Sudeep's co-actress Ramya had held talks with him.
