One Congress MLA out of Eagleton Resort?

Reports claim that Rajshekhar Patil, MLA of Humnabad has allegedly walked out of the Eagleton Resort, where all Congress MLAs are staying put. But one of the party sources have said that Patil has returned to the resort.

Sources had also said that Patil is in the BJP list of poaching. However, the reason cited for his coming out of the resort was health issues. It was anyways said that he will soon return to the Congress camp.

Earlier, the police had stopped Patil from going out, but when Congress leaders DK Shivakumar and DK Suresh made calls to let him go, he was let out.

The Congress and JD(S) MLAs staged a protest in front of Vidhana Soudha in the afternoon against Governor Vajubhai Vala's decision to invite Yeddyurappa to form the government. Currently, Yeddyurappa is the Chief Minister of Karnataka as the oath was administered to him at 9 AM today.

A source from the party has now said that Patil has returned to the resort and is  with other Congress MLAs.
