KIMS negligence: Man who was alive kept in mortuary for 7 hours, dies later [VIDEO]

An injured youth, who was alive, was kept in the mortuary for seven hours, and later died there at KIMS Hospital in Hubballi, Karnataka. Family of the boy staged a protest in front of the hospital, alleging negligence by the doctors.

23-year-old Praveen Mule had met with an accident and was rushed to the KIMS Hospital. But the doctors declared him brought dead and had kept him in the mortuary of the hospital. His body was taken out after nearly seven hours and was shifted to a private hospital for post-mortem.

He was admitted to KIMS on Sunday evening at 7 PM and was shifted to a private hospital on Monday morning.

Much to the shock of Praveen's family, the doctors at the private hospital declared that the boy had died just 20 minutes ago.

Actually, Praveen was reportedly alive when he was declared brought dead and was kept in the mortuary. And he died after hours of keeping him there. Praveen's family has accused the KIMS doctors of negligence blaming them of killing him. Protests were staged in front of the hospital.
