Karnataka family buries dog as per Hindu rituals

Nikki, a 15-year-old dog was buried as per Hindu rituals. Nikki was owned by Raja Kakka Reddy of Hoolageri of Badami taluk in Bagalkot district of Karnataka. The whole family was in deep mourning over the death of their beloved dog, which was part of their house for 15 years. The family buried the dog in their land. The pet died of old age.
