Kadiresh, husband of Rekha, BJP corporator from Chalavadipalya ward in Bengaluru was hacked to death with lethal weapons in broad daylight on Wednesday. Since then, new details about the accused have emerged, and primary details reveal that the murder might have been carried out due to personal rivalry.

Kadiresh, 47, was also booked in 15 cases and was on the list of rowdy-sheeters in Cottonpet Police Station. However, recent details about the case state that two accused in the case- Naveen and Vinay were at loggerheads with Kadiresh.

It is said that one of the accused, Navesen, was in love with a relative of Kadiresh. So, recently Kadiresh and his associates had warned him against meeting his relative. This is said to have caused the rivalry between them.

Kadiresh's brother Suresh has filed a complaint with the police and named Naveen and his brother Vinay as the main accused in the case. The police will examine the CCTV cameras and will identify the faces of the accused. Currently, based on the complaint, the police are on the lookout for the accused Naveen and Vinay.

However, further details reveal that Naveen had changed his house to Bakshi Garden from Anjanappa Garden. Some witnesses have even said that they saw Naveen and Vinay roam around the place with machetes.

Earlier, Naveen was arrested in a theft case at an ATM. He was out on bail but was named in fights in the area.

On a fateful day, Kadiresh was supervising the renovation work of the Muneshwara Temple and making arrangements for the Shivarathri celebrations to be conducted on February 13. Four people allegedly attacked him with lethal weapons and fled the place. Even though he was immediately rushed to Victoria Hospital, he succumbed to injuries and breathed his last in the hospital.
