A bizarre incident took place in Cooch Behar. A man has lodged a complaint with the gram panchayat office that his wife is missing. Not only that, he wrote in the letter, 'If my wife is not found, the panchayat has to arrange a new wife for me.” However, the authenticity of this viral letter has not been confirmed.

According to reports, a person wrote a letter to the head of Gopalpur gram panchayat in Cooch Behar. In the letter, the man wrote, “My wife has been missing since October 19, 2019. My humble request to the gram panchayat is to find my wife or else arrange a new wife for me.”
