Talking about the same, a prominent businessman, Battula Balarama Krishna, from Andhra Pradesh's Rajahmundry, has hit the headlines for sparing no expense while gifting his newlywed daughter during Ashadha Masam (the holy month in Telugu tradition).
Battula's daughter Pratyusha recently married Pawan Kumar, son of a prominent businessman from Puducherry's Yanam. As the newlywed couple celebrated their first Ashadha Masam, Battula decided to shower the couple with special gifts and make the occasion more special. He had sent 1000 kg fish, 1000 kg vegetables, 250 kg prawns, 250 kg grocery items, 250 jars of pickles,250 kg sweets, 50 chicken and ten goats, India Today reported.Â
