Since the announcement of the election schedule, every political party has been active in preparing the list of candidates. BJP's partial list of candidates may be announced on Friday (March 5), said Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh.

However, sources said that the matter of announcing the list of candidates was discussed at Muralidhar Sen Lane as well as at Hastings' office.

Dilip Ghosh told at a press conference at the party's state office on Wednesday (February 3), “Today was the meeting of the election committee. The names that came up there as candidates have been discussed. On the basis of this, a list of four to five potential candidates for each seat has been prepared. The list will be discussed at a meeting of the party's parliamentary board in Delhi.”

It is learned that the state leadership of the party including Dilip Ghosh will leave for Delhi today (March 4). After the board meeting, the BJP's list of candidates for the first two rounds of elections may be released on Friday.
The Trinamool Congress has lodged a written complaint with the Election Commission alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's picture was included in the Corona vaccine certificate.

When Dilip Ghosh was asked about this, he said that the process which has been going on for a long time does not fall under the code of conduct. And it is not a violation of the law to have a picture of the Prime Minister at the petrol pump. Because, petrol pumps are not government places. That is a private area.

On the other hand, just as there are surprises in the Trinamool Congress-BJP candidate list, there are also surprises in the list of candidates of the Left Front, Congress and ISF alliance. Political experts thought that this time the election battle would be between Trinamool Congress and BJP. But after the brigade rally, it is understood that the united alliance is also preparing to give a big surprise.

The Congress and the ISF have joined hands with the Left Front in this assembly election. However, the BJP state president did not want to pay special attention to this alliance. Asked whether the alliance would make the BJP's path difficult, Dilip Ghosh said, "We have won 18 seats in the last Lok Sabha elections on our own. This time, the BJP will go ahead leaving everyone behind in the assembly elections.”
