Is your skin dry? Here are few ingredients that can help to regain the hydration
Summer is here, and it brings dehydration with it. Apart from drinking lots of water, here are a few ingredients that might help you keep your skin hydrated.
People who have dry skin will know how it feels to have a flaky texture. There are many creams and serums to solve the problem, but here are a few key ingredients that might help to heal your skin.
As per Dr Geetika Mittal, a dermatologist, “Whether the cause is genetics or the environment, dry skin has only one solution: hydrating, emollient-rich ingredients. You want to look for ingredients that hydrate and replenish your skin.”
Glycerine
We may not use glycerine much, but it helps to hydrate the skin by drawing water. Apply it as a moisturiser or serum.
Rich Butter
Rich buttery creams are good for protecting skin from dehydration. To get this rich buttery texture, the key ingredients are shea butter and olive butter.
Hyaluronic Acid
This is very beneficial to not only dry skin but also to every other skin types. It moisturises as well as keeps it hydrated.
