After clearing the civil service main examination, a person has to face the personality test or the interview. There are three stages of this examination. Preliminary exam is done in the first stage. The second stage is the main examination. This exam consists of nine papers. The third stage of the exam is the Personality Test where the thinking, reasoning and ability of the candidate is tested.
