West Bengal Imams' Association requests people not to vote for Asaduddin Owaisi’s party

The Bengal Imam Association on Sunday (January 10) has made a public request to voters in West Bengal to not vote in favour of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

<p>The West Bengal Imams’ Association has reacted to Owaisi’s plans, saying there is no place for communal politics in Bengal. Of about 40,000 mosques in Bengal, clerics from at least 26,000 are members of the association.</p>
