A PIL was filed before the Calcutta High Court on Wednesday (February 3) against the Bharatiya Janata Party’s proposed 'Rath Yatra' in West Bengal.

<p>According to sources, the BJP is planning to take out five rallies in the state from this month. The BJP has sought permission from the state government for its month-long 'rath yatra' ahead of the assembly polls.<br /> </p>
