IMD Warning: Delhi, Haryana Colder Than Shimla; Northwest India Braces for Harshest Cold Spell

Severe cold in Delhi on Tuesday. In terms of temperature, Delhi and Haryana's Gurugram left Shimla behind. On Tuesday, the minimum temperature in Delhi was 3 degrees Celsius. And the temperature in Gurugram, Haryana, has reached almost zero degrees.
