As we say goodbye to 2020, let us look at the possible Bollywood weddings in 2021.

Last year, during the global pandemic, where we stayed inside our home for the longest time, masked our faces, also maintained social distancing to avoid Covid 19.

However, some celebs got hitched amidst the pandemic, keeping the event a low-key affair. Gauahar Khan-Zaid Darbar, Aditya Narayan-Shweta Aggarwal, Niti Taylor-Parikshit Bawa, Yuzvendra Chahal-Dhanashree Verma, Neha Kakkar-Rohanpreet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal-Gautam Kitchlu, Rana Daggubati-Miheeka Bajaj, Sana Khan-Anas Sayed, Puja Banerjee-Kunal Verma are some couples, who decided to start their married life in the year 2020. Here we have some popular Bollywood couples who have been together for a very long time now, and they were planning to tie their knot. 

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt started their dating phase from 2018. Since then, Alia has been seen in many Kapoor parties, and she stood firmly beside Ranbir during his dad Rishi Kapoor's demise, they both have attended events together. They planned their wedding to happen this year but the pandemic devastated the plan. Though Alia has bought an apartment close to Ranbir Kapoor, it is said that they are staying together. Soon we all will witness a big fat wedding. In an interview with film critic Rajeev Masand, Ranbir had revealed that if not for the pandemic, they would have gotten married in 2020.

Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal have been together for a long time, and they were all set to tie their knots, but this Covid-19 is party destroyer. It is rumoured that they will have their wedding in either Bali or Phuket and it will be in a full Bollywood style. Last year, on Karwa Chauth, Natasha was at Sunita Kapoor’s Karwa Chauth party with her soon-to-be mother-in-law, Karuna Dhawan.

According to reports, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were all set to tie the knot in April 2020. It was said that the couple was planning to host a grand wedding celebration with their family and friends in three cities – Lucknow, Delhi, and Mumbai. In an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, Ali revealed that they might tie the knot in early 2021.

After being together for a year now, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar plan to take another step in their relationship. However, the Covid-19 destroyed this plan too, but we can still have hope that by the end or at the beginning of the next year we will be thrilled to witness too many weddings.

Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl are one of the hottest couples in Bollywood. Their wedding rumours have been creating a stir in the media. According to DNA reports, duo discussed marriage with their respective families and planned to tie the knot in 2020. 

Shraddha Kapoor, who is allegedly dating her childhood friend Rohan Shrestha has once said that she is too occupied with her professional commitments to even think about marriage. But there has been some news about the two looking forward to walking the aisle in 2021.

Malaika Arora was having a hush-hush affair with Arjun Kapoor till they made it official in mid-2019. However, there's no solid proof that they will get married soon, but it is rumoured that they are planning to do so. In an interview to TOI, the actress talked about marriage and had revealed that she is projecting to grow her business and as far as marriage is concerned, it can’t be foretold.
