Many Bollywood celebrities have bought extravagant homes in the year 2020-2021. From Ajay Devgn to Alia Bhatt to Arjun Kapoor to Amitabh Bachchan, these 11 celebs have added to their property count. Kangana Ranaut recently announced her latest real estate purchase in Mumbai. Ajay Devgn has bought a 590 square-yards villa worth Rs 60 crore in Juhu recently. According to the actor's spokesperson, Ajay has already started the renovation process and was looking for a property near his current house.

Arjun Kapoor will now live closer to his lover Malaika Arora. Kapoor just purchased a 4 bedroom-sky-villa in Bandra. According to Bollywood Hungama, Kapoor has paid Rs 20 to Rs 23 crore for the apartment. The house is a sea-facing property at the 26 storey-tall 81 Aureate in Bandra West.
 

Janhvi Kapoor bought a property worth Rs 39 crore at Juhu in Mumbai in December 2020 on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building called Araya Building. Reportedly, she took a home loan of Rs 23 crore and paid a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh to buy the house. 

Jacqueline Fernandez was previously rented Priyanka Chopra's old home in Juhu. And now, she has purchased Priyanka's five-bedroom apartment, where she was living in 2016. The stated price of the condo is Rs 7 crore. 

Last year, during October, Hrithik Roshan bought two sea-facing apartments, spread across three floors 14th, 15th, and 16th, worth Rs 100 crore in Mumbai’s Juhu-Versova Link Road. The combined area of around 38,000 sq ft. According to reports, his house has a private elevator and more than 9 parking slots. 

Last year, Alia Bhatt also had bought a 2,460 sq ft apartment located on the fifth floor in Bandra’s Pali Hill Vastu building for Rs 32 crore. 

Amitabh Bachchan has bought a 5,184 sq ft property worth Rs 31 crore in Mumbai. According to Zapkey.com, Big B house is called project Atlantis by a Tier-2 builder, Crystal Group. He purchased the home in December 2020 but registered it only in April 2021. 

Ayushmann Khurrana bought a family home worth ₹9 crores in Sector 6, Panchkula near Chandigarh. According to the Hindustan Times report, Ayushmann said, “The Khurranas got a new family home! The entire family decided to buy this new home in which the entire Khurrana family can now stay together. We are looking forward to making new and beautiful memories in our new address.”
