Ileana D'Cruz thinks of sex like a workout: What does the actress mean?

On a chat show, Ileana D'Cruz interacted with Shibani Dandekar and spoke about sex, love and life

Ileana D'Cruz is one of the hottest actresses in Bollywood. Last year, she was in the news because of her break-up with Andrew Kneebone, an Australian photographer.

Ileana D'Cruz and Andrew Kneebone were always open about their relationship and shared pictures of each other on social media. 

After their bitter break-up, the couple unfollowed each other on social media. Ileana also deleted pictures of her with Andrew.

Ileana later appeared on a chat program called The Love, Laugh, Live show, where she spoke to Shibani Dandekar in a candid chat.

During the chat, Shibani asked Ileana to shed some light on her earlier comment that 'Sex has nothing to do with love', the actress stated that one should enjoy sex, but there have to be some emotions to it.

"Maybe it was taken out of context. Maybe I read some quotes that I have apparently said something like I've said that I enjoy having sex and I have sex as a workout. I am like, that just sounds wrong. I mean, I think you should enjoy sex but, there has to be some amount of emotion to do it. Sex is fantastic when you are in love. Because then it is two souls," Ileana said.

When Ileana was questioned about things that she does while approaching men, she replied, "I get extremely shy. I hate saying it because it is extremely cliched but I am the definition of a nerd. Not a geek, but I am a nerd. I am cocky, I am awkward, I will say stupid things and I will do everything in my power to make me look horrible. So it just never works."

During the chat show, Ileana also talked about the break-up and how she coped with it, and said that she's now focused more on herself, works out well and maintains a healthy lifestyle.
