Aryan Khan case update: NCB seeks custody of Shah Rukh Khan's son till October 11

In a recent development, Shah Rukh Khan's 23-year-old son Aryan Khan who was arrested in the cruise ship drug case last evening will have to stay in custody for a more extended period, revealed the Narcotics Control Bureau today to the court.

The NCB said that they need Khan in custody till October 11 to question him thoroughly in the case. The agency told the court that unless they investigate the consumer, how will they know who the supplier is and who is financing it.

NCB claimed that an international cartel was apparently involved in the case. The Bombay High Court has said that all offences under NDPS are non-bailable. The high profile drug raid has led to the arrest of Shah Rukh Khan's son. The drugs were recovered from the suspects, who reportedly concealed them in their clothes, undergarments, and purses. Besides Aryan Khan, seven others were arrested shortly after the team raided a late-night party in the Goa bound ship. NCB Counsel also revealed to the court that commercial quantity of drugs was founded in the supplier's house during the raid. Aryan will be kept in custody for thorough questioning. In the latest report, Aryan Khan reportedly cried during the investigation.
