<p>As for the latest training methods:<br />- The size of practice pitches would be reduced to 16 yards instead of 22, especially while facing the robo-arm at the nets.<br />- To have pre-shined balls at the nets, besides working on ways to keep the shinier side heavy.<br />- To learn the art of leaving the ball.</p>
