IPL 2020: Special day for RCB veterans Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will lock horns with Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at Sharjah. It is a big day for Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers, who will be playing their 200th match and 150th innings for RCB, respectively. Currently, the team is placed third in the table.

As for skipper Kohli, he will be playing his 200th match for RCB. He has long been associated with the side ever since the inception of the IPL in 2008. He was adjudged as captain in 2013.

Besides, the overseas player AB de Villiers, who has been with RCB since 2011, will be playing his 150th innings in the tournament.

Both the legendary players have been together with the franchisee for over nine years and share a close bond. They are a role model for many and the young guns look up to them for guidance.
