A die-hard CSK & MS Dhoni fan from Tamil Nadu painted his house in yellow, with CSK’s logo and MS Dhoni’s photo on it. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) shared the pictures of the same via their official Twitter handle.
It is true that MS Dhoni and CSK have got a separate fan base. And, there is no denying about that! Recently, a fan named Gopi Krishnan of Arangur, Tamil Nadu painted his entire house in yellow and got CSK’s logo, along with Dhoni’s picture, inked on the walls. This fan and his family call their residence ‘Home of Dhoni Fan’.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) took to their official Twitter account to share the glimpses of the fan (with his family) and his newly painted house.
The Tweet captioned “Super Fan Gopi Krishnan and his family in Arangur, Tamil Nadu call their residence ‘Home of Dhoni Fan’, and rightly so. A super-duper tribute that fills our hearts with #yellove #WhistlePodu #WhistleFromHome.”
CSK are currently playing the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The season has not been quite well for CSK this time. Of the seven matches that they have played, the Dhoni-led CSK have been able to win just two of them.
However, the team is still training hard and is hopeful of making a strong comeback. A similar situation of loss of five continuous matches in a row happened with CSK back in 2010. However, they bounced back so strong and clinched the title back then.
With almost half the tournament still remaining, the yellow brigade can still register a berth in the playoffs. The team has its next match scheduled on Tuesday, against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), at the Dubai International Stadium.
