How to prevent heart attacks: As per Dr Shetty, one must have a healthy lifestyle and avoid smoking or consuming alcohol. Daily exercise is a must for 20-30 minutes—Control BP level, sugar level, and cholesterol by taking pills. Always do a regular check-up.

SOS treatment: Aspirin can be given when somebody is experiencing a heart attack, but the most critical thing is to take that person to a nearby hospital in an emergency.
