Salman Khan’s Tubelight was expected to reach the benchmark but didn’t and many subsequent Bollywood films failed to capture the lure of Baahubali.
Now all eyes are set on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama Padmavati slated to release on December 1st with Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh playing the lead roles.
The first look of Deepika and Shahid didn’t bring much excitement, but the recent first look of Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji, the most powerful ruler of the Khilji dynasty, has raised the expectations of the film and may give a tough competition to Baahubali.
