Omg! Salman Khan pays rent Rs 8.25 lakh per month for his duplex house in Bandra
Salman Khan is one of the well paid stars of the Bollywood industry. The actor has finalised a rent agreement for a duplex flat in Bandra.
Salman Khan is one of the highest-paid Bollywood stars. It goes without saying that Salman is one of the most successful stars of the Hindi film industry. The actor who resides in Galaxy apartments is the owner of multiple properties in Mumbai. Lately, the actor has finalised a rent agreement for a duplex apartment close to his famous Bandra house.
According to a report published in ETimes, Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited has renewed a rent agreement for a duplex apartment. Reportedly, the duplex flat is on the 17th and the 18th floor. The name of the building is Maqba Heights and is owned by Baba Siddique and Zeeshan Siddique.
Reportedly, the flat has a carpet area of 2,265 sq ft, and it is believed that Salman has rented the apartment for 11 months. He will be paying Rs 8.25 lakhs monthly for the duplex apartment. The property reportedly will be used as a writer's pad.
On the work front, the actor has announced the release of his next movie Antim – The Final Truth. The film has been directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, and the action movie will be releasing on November 26. Salman plays the role of Sikh police opposite his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. The film is a remake of the famous Marathi film Mulshi Pattern. It is interesting to note that the movie will be clashing with John Abraham's Satyameva Jayate 2.

Salman was also be seen in Tiger 3. The actor has shot the movie with Katrina Kaif. The film is being directed by Manish Sharma and will release in 2022. The actor has also shot a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan's most awaited movie Pathan. However, there are rumours which state that the release of the film has been delayed. Bhaijaan will also be seen in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and Kick 2.
