Manju will be seen in the titular role. This movie marks the comeback of senior actress Amala Akkineni to Malayalam film industry after 25 years. 

Kismath star Shane Nigam appears in a significant role in the movie. He plays a second-year law college student, son of Manju. C/O Sairabanu is scripted by radio jockey RJ Shaan. 

Other main roles are played by Indrans, Ganesh Kumar, Jagadeesh, P Balachandran, Joy Mathew, Niranjana Anoop, etc.
