Aishwarya Rai’s star hubby Abhishek Bachan sells swanky Mumbai apartment for Rs 45.75 crore
Bollywood actor and son of Amitabh Bachchan has sold his newly purchased apartment in Mumbai's Worli on August 10. The apartment sale was struck for a whopping Rs 45.75 crores as per reports. The star had purchased this property which was being developed by a top realty firm in 2014 for Rs 41 crore.

The star sold his swanky apartment for Rs 45.75 crores.
According to reports, the star had purchased this property named 'Oberoi 360 West' in Mumbai's upmarket area Worli in the year 2014 and paid Rs 41 crores then.
The Arabian Sea facing 7,527 measuring apartment on the 37 floor gets exclusive four-car parking. The actor put this property under the hammer on August 10 and also paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.28 crores.
Due to the crazy demand for property in this segment, other personalities like Shahid Kapoor, Akshay Kumar also have purchased apartments here. The project has two towers. Tower I will witness a star hotel and another tower is a residential complex.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan's family that includes wife Aishwarya Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya will continue to stay with his parents at 'Jalsa'. Senior Bachchan has been living in Jalsa for the over three decades and allows fans to meet them weekly once as a custom.
