Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opens up on YouTube channels reporting false news about Aaradhya
Aishwarya Rai discusses her daughter Aaradhya's move to the Delhi High Court against YouTube channels for publishing false rumours about her health!
FollowAaradhya Bachchan, the daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, recently made headlines when she sued various YouTube channels in the Delhi High Court for spreading false information regarding her health. The Delhi High Court's ruling forbade YouTube channels from disseminating any false or misleading information on Aaradhya's health. Additionally, the court ordered uploaders to stop distributing illegal recordings, anything that invades consumers' privacy, and anything that disseminates false information about Aaradhya. Aishwarya responded to it recently at an occasion.

Dayan Krishnan, Ameet Naik, and Pravin Anand, who represented Aaradhya and Abhishek in the Delhi High Court, claimed that the court's ruling in the case was a landmark decision on three counts: an injunction upholding a child's right to privacy, a prohibition against spreading false or harmful information about a child, and a prohibition against defamation.
