Now both the stars have come together in Bogan, where there is a face off between Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy again. Hansika Motwani is playing the female lead in the film.

The much delayed Tamil film Bogan has been released on February 2 had faced numerous problems before its release, including allegations of plagiarism.

First, it was slated for a Christmas release last year. However, the filmmakers postponed its release as the film was followed at the box office by big budget movie Singam 3, whose makers kept changing its release date.

Bogan was scheduled to release on Feb 9, but the makers decided to release it a week early when Suriya-starrer Singam 3 makers announced that the cop drama would release on the same date.

So finally, the movie is a single Tamil release this week and is expected to rock Kollywood box office.

Here are the seven reasons why we must watch this film:

1) Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy:

We all know the film is the second Tamil movie of its lead actors, Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy together. Their last film movie Thani Oruvan was a blockbuster. The highlight of Bogan is the chemistry between them. Both Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy have got equal screen time and, as the film’s positive and negative forces, they complement each other very well.

2) Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani:
Their last film Romeo Juliet may not have received great reviews, but their pair was appreciated for the performances and excellent chemistry.

3) All in one story:
The movie includes elements of comedy, romance and action. Ravi and Arvind, have taken their hide-and-seek game to a new level in the movie. Like their previous outing, this action-packed film has enough surprises to keep the audience engaged till the end.

4) Strong Villain:
After a long time we have seen a stylish villain in South cinema in the form of Arvind Swamy, who has made the hero too look dull in front of him. Going by the trailer, Bogan has a strong villain character that give the good men a tough time. In the movie, Arvind plays the role of Aditya, who is an assistant to an archaeology professor and during his expeditions in Palani in Tamil Nadu, he chances upon the scriptures that contain the secrets of body swapping. Later, he is seen misusing the power to mint money.

5) Prabhu Deva turns producer:
The movie is perfectly watchable, inspired by the Hollywood movie 'Face Off', Arvind Swamy and Jayam Ravi have made it an attractive film for the Tamil audience. Above all, there should be a strong reason for Prabhu Deva to choose Bogan to make his debut as a producer.

6) Director Lakshman’s magic
Lakshman’s film Romeo Juliet gave Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani a tag of a hit pair, and now in Bogan, both have delivered some heart warming performances in Bogan.

7) Music:
The popular composer D Imman has composed the music for Bogan. Most of the songs from the album have received positive reviews. Kolaveri singer Anirudh Ravichander has sung the track ‘Damaalu Dumeelu’ already listed in popular songs of 2016.
