Sandalwood drug case: Ragini, Sanjjanaa’s bail plea hearing adjourned to September 25
The hearing of Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani’s bail application has been adjourned for the fifth time. The bail plea hearing for Ragini, Sanjjanaa and 3 more accused in the case will take place on September 25
Bengaluru: The court, hearing the bail pleas of Sandalwood actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani's, has adjourned the hearing for the fifth time.
The hearing for the bail plea of Ragini, Sanjjanaa and 3 more accused will happen on Friday, September 25.
The court has decided to adjourn the hearing as the CCB has quite a few valid points against the accused, making it difficult for the court to accept their bail plea. The actors are in judicial custody and were hoping to be out on bail today.
While Ragini, Sanjjanaa and another accused have applied for bail, two others accused in the case have applied for anticipatory bails.
Ragini’s bail plea application hearing had been adjourned four times earlier on September 14, 16, 19 and 24.
Meanwhile, for Sanjjanaa this is the fourth time her bail plea application has been adjourned.
Both Ragini and Sanjjanaa were in the hopes of heading back home, but things changed as their bail plea hearing has been adjourned to tomorrow.
