Minor among accused in gangrape of 45-year-old woman in Rajasthan
The accused also shot a video of the incident and circulated it, following which an FIR was registered

Jaipur: In Rajasthan's Alwar district, a 45-year old woman was allegedly gang-raped in front of her nephew who was also forced to sexually assault her.
According to reports, the accused shot the visuals of rape and circulated. In connection with the incident, police arrested two and detained one.
The report added that six to seven people were involved in the crime. Upon a complaint, the police conducted a search operation and three accused were caught, among whom one is a minor.
The horrible incident occurred when the woman and her nephew were returning home. The accused initially tied the hands of the nephew and allegedly raped the woman.
Later the accused forced the nephew to commit the crime and recorded the video before circulating it.
The incident came to light as the woman narrated the ordeal to her husband following which the case was lodged.
A similar incident occurred in Thanagazi last April. In this case, the woman was allegedly gang raped in front of her husband.
The couple initially kept quiet but later registered a case after the accused circulated a video clip of the incident.
