Karnataka drug case: 50 MDMA tablets seized from Dance India Dance participant Kishore Shetty

Mangaluru Central Crime Branch Police who arrested Dance India and Dance participant and ABCD movie fame Kishore Aman Shetty from Mangaluru, seized drugs worth Rs 1 lakh from the accused known for hosting drug parties and being a ladies man.

Mangaluru: The Drug war declared by Karnataka police has now come across a fact that the Dance India Dance fame and actor Kishore Aman Shetty had once possessed 50 MDMA tablets.

Mangaluru in Dakshina Kannada which is said to be a 'cultural', 'decent' and 'tolerant' place, is now making news as a drug den. 

The Central Crime Branch officials attached to Mangaluru Commissionerate arrested Kishore and found drugs worth Rs 1 lakh with him.

Kishore is said to be from a poor family and was brought up with struggles. He found passion in dancing and managed to make a strong foothold in Dance India Dance reality show and from there he acted in Prabhudeva's ABCD film.

The cops said, after finding success, Kishore became a star and was known to host drug parties and also planned to invite over 15 girls for a drug party.

Cops also said that he was very close to a Television anchor and actress. However, Shetty reportedly claimed that the actress has no role to play in the drug scandal.
