India would take on New Zealand in the final of the ICC World Test Championship from June 18. The Indians arrived in Southampton on Thursday night (morning in England) and would undergo a strict three-day quarantine before training amidst the ten-day isolation.

Team India has a significant challenge at hand as it would look to tame New Zealand in the ICC World Test Championship 2019-21 final, set to be held at the Rose Bowl in Southampton from June 18. Ahead of the same, the Indian unit arrived in England on Thursday night (morning in England).

The Indians left off from Mumbai on Wednesday night after a 14-day quarantine. Following a 12-hour journey, the Indians landed in England and headed to the Southampton venue that has an on-site hotel, where it would undergo a further ten-day quarantine.

In a video shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the players are seen on the flight, enjoying their trip in various fashions. Some of the cricketers even gave their reactions on their journey.

All-rounder Axar Patel said, "I watched a movie for around 2 hours and then had an excellent sleep for about six hours, while I'm having breakfast now and feel fresh. We'll be quarantining after reaching the venue, while we are most likely not to see each other for three days at least."

"I slept very well. Still, I had to be awake for some time, but my daughter also slept well. So yeah, everyone slept well," said Cheteshwar Pujara.

Meanwhile, pacer Mohammed Siraj was also seen saying, "We have landed just now. It would be a two-hour journey to the venue hereon. I had around two hours of sleep before I was woken up and could hardly sleep thereon. However, I slept for a couple of hours again before landing. I am tired since we had an intense training session the last day."

Meanwhile, the Kiwis has already arrived in England and is playing a two-Test series against England. In the meantime, India would undergo a strict three-day quarantine before being allowed to train amidst further seven-day isolation.
