Indian skipper Virat Kohli has been the centre of attention in Indian cricket for quite some time now, especially in the past couple of years. While he is going through a rough patch, he has failed to score an international century.

However, his childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma doesn't seem to be concerned by Kohli's current poor form and has backed him to bounce back soon enough. He asserted that it does not happen to be Kohli's lean patch, and we all can expect him to bounce back soon by converting his performance of late into a big innings, reports ANI.

Speaking on Kohli's inability to score in the ongoing tour of England, Rajkumar said that while the English conditions are different, the bowlers, too, have identified his weaknesses. However, he has been preparing hard on his batting and is expected to play a big knock soon.

Moreover, Rajkumar went on to laud the Indian bowlers for their strong effort and performance in the tour so far. He feels that India now has a large pool of bowlers, along with a backup, who can lead from the front, despite common injury problems in the sport.

The Indian bowlers did a fine job in the opening Test at Trent Bridge, as the Indians batsmen barely missed out on getting the job done on Day 5, owing to rain playing spoilsport. However, they prove their mettle in the second Test at Lord's, as they expect themselves to continue with the same momentum in the third Test, starting tomorrow at Headingley.
