India is currently fighting through the severe second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, with cases on record rise every day. Furthermore, the lack of basic medical amenities and oxygen has made it difficult to treat the patients.

As a result, celebrities from across genres have played their part in contributing to the cause. Meanwhile, some are also generating enough funds to help the government for the same.

In the same light, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his Bollywood wife, Anushka Sharma, have been fighting for the cause. The two launched a fund-generating campaign through Ketto on Friday and contributed ₹2 crore as their share.
