MS Dhoni tastes strawberry at his farm (Watch video)

MS Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket in August last year, while he continues to represent Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. He has involved himself in farming, following his retirement, as he has his farm at his farmhouse, in Ranchi.

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni broke hearts of millions of fans worldwide following his retirement from international cricket in August, last year. Although he continues to represent Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), fans would not see him in regular action, as was the case with Team India.

Meanwhile, fans are curious to know what Mahi is up to in his post-retirement days. While he has some business ventures, one of the exciting facts that has emerged in recent days is that Dhoni is looking to pursue agriculture and farming in his post-retirement life.

Dhoni has already started the same in his 43-acre farmhouse, in Ranchi, while he is doing the farming on his plot’s 10-acre land. Among the framing, he is growing vegetables like strawberries, cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, peas, hock and papaya.

As per reports, while he would be selling the same in the local market, he plans to export it to Dubai. Jharkhand’s Agriculture Department has already taken the initiative to ensure Dhoni’s products are shipped to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

On Friday, Dhoni shared a video on his Instagram handle, where he is seen checking out the strawberries at his farm, as he even tastes one of them. He captioned it, “If I keep going to the farm there won’t be any strawberry left for the market”.

Dhoni was vacationing in Dubai a few days back with his family. He had a dinner night with leg-spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal, who is currently on honeymoon in Dubai with his newly-wed wife, Dhanasharee Verma.

He has also become a family man post retirement, as he is spending considerable time with them, especially his five-year-old daughter, Ziva. The two were seen shooting an ad for biscuit brand, Oreo, where they hysterically shake their heads to a Bollywood tune while shooting.
