Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma gets ready to lead the side once again in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. He is the most successful skipper of the tournament, having led the side to record five title wins.

Besides being the defending champion, Rohit is also the most successful player in the IPL, having won the title on six occasions. With MI right now being the undisputed kings of the IPL, it is once again the favourite to win its sixth title this season.

As the MI players, including the skipper, have begun preparations for the same, Rohit's two-year-old daughter, Samaira, seems to have joined the same. In a video shared by MI, Samaira is seen wearing an MI helmet, as Rohit helps her wearing it.

Meanwhile, Rohit's wife Ritika Sajdeh asks her to display how to hit a SIX, as he presents it candidly. She presumably mocks Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant, as Ritika is heard uttering "Rishabh chachu (uncle)".

At this time, Ritika also asks Samaira, "What is this?" pointing at the MI logo on the helmet. Samaira excitedly replies by saying, "Mumbai Indians", as all cheer and clap. Meanwhile, Ritika asks how would she cheer for the team as Samaira dances briefly.

Rohit and Ritika have been married since 2015, while Samaira was born in 2018. Rohit's family has been a part of almost all the editions of the IPL. Meanwhile, his family would once again travel with him and they are likely to be away from home for nearly two months.

None of the teams has the home advantage this season, with all playing in neutral venues and behind closed doors. In the meantime, MI would get its title defence underway against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai from April 9.
