When it comes to Royal Challengers Bangalore, it is one of the most fan-followed teams in the Indian Premier League. Meanwhile, the possession of Indian skipper Virat Kohli, along with South African great AB de Villiers, makes it even more loved.

However, the side is unfortunate enough to have not won a single IPL title to date, despite finishing as the runner-up on three occasions. In the meantime, IPL 2021 has so far seen a dominant performance from the side, winning its opening four games and is placed atop the points table.

Consequently, its recent winning streak has been acclaimed by many, while it is strongly backed to end its wait of 14 long years and lay hands on the coveted trophy for the first time. On the same note, Pep Guardiola, manager of English football giant Manchester City, has also hailed the same.

Guardiola took to his Instagram handle to share a short video, where he is seen holding the team jersey of RCB. "It’s time to finally learn cricket’s rules 🏏. Thanks to my friend @virat.kohli for the shirt. Now is your turn to use your Man City shirt, 😉" he captioned.

City is currently the table topper in the English Premier League 2020-21 and is just eight points short of winning its seventh league title. It was on a 21-game winning streak this season before being ended by cross-town rival Manchester United last month.

As for Guardiola, he is one of the most successful managers in the world of football. Having managed clubs like Barcelona, Bayern Munich and City, he has won twin UEFA Champions League title, all coming with Barca, while he has had domestic success with all the sides he has managed to date.
