On the same note, Rohit had a fanboy moment when Delhi Capitals pacer Avesh Khan urged him to sign his jersey. Consequently, Rohit was obliged to do so, while DC shared a picture of the same on Twitter, captioned, "The fanboy in Avesh Khan had to come out after the match."

Rohit's  MI was involved in a game against DC on Tuesday night, which the former lost by six wickets. As a result, DC has risen to the second spot in the IPL 2021 table, while MI falls to fourth.
