The 13th edition of the lucrative Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set to kick-off on September 19, amidst all the chaos, challenges and uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. As the United Arab Emirates (UAE) prepares to host the tournament for the second time, the three venues (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah) brace up for an action-packed season.
