India vs England 2020-21: Here's how Hardik Pandya is training for T20Is (Watch video)

India and England would lock horns in a five-match Twenty International from Friday. Hardik Pandya is one of the most explosive Indian all-rounders in the format, as he looks to light the stage on fire. Meanwhile, he is training hard to take the field from Friday.

As Team India bask in the glory of beating England in the four-Test series and retain the Anthony de Mello Trophy, it would quickly shift its focus to the shortest format, as five Twenty20 Internationals are set to follow from Friday. Consequently, every player in the T20I squad is sweating it hard at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which will witness a cracker in the coming week.

Among the players, on such player that all the fans would look out for is explosive Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya. The Baroda-based lad is famous for his atomic hitting abilities and decent fast-bowling skills, as he looks certain to be a part of the playing XI for all five games.

Although he did not feature in the Tests, he has kept himself fit and regularly participated in team training. As the date approaches closer, he is sweating it out even hard.

He sent out a video of his training, where he is seen practising in the nets under the watchful eyes of head coach Ravi Shastri, batting coach Vikram Rathour and skipper Virat Kohli. As for his batting, he is seen playing all kinds of shots, including the straight drive and cover-drive, while he was also seen swinging his willow and hitting some big ones.

He also participated in bowling session. He captioned the video, "Preparation done ✅🇮🇳. Can’t wait to get on the field on 12th 🌪".

Meanwhile, Pandya is having a great time with his Serbia-bassed Bollywood wife, Natasa Stankovic and seven-month-old son Agastya. He was seen in a playful mood with Agastya, besides celebrating Natasa's 29th birthday last week.
