Bengaluru: Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) offspinner Harbhajan Singh has pulled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) due to “personal reasons”. He is the second CSK cricketer after Suresh Raina to withdraw from the cash-rich Twenty20 tournament.

Raina too had said he was not playing IPL this year due to personal reasons. He returned from Dubai after COVID-19 positive cases hit the CSK contingent.

IPL 2020 will be played in the UAE from September 19 to November 10. The tournament was moved out of India due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
